Together, we would exercise at home, following Taebo tapes and sweating it out side by side. This early exposure to fitness ignited a spark within me. However, life took an unexpected turn when I became a teen mother at the tender age of 14! This experience presented its own set of challenges, but it also reinforced the importance of taking care of my well-being and becoming a positive role model for my child. Amidst these circumstances, my commitment to fitness deepened as I recognized the transformative power it held for both my physical and mental health. I made a solemn promise to myself that I would do everything in my power to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives.
