I'm thrilled to be your fitness coach and embark on this incredible fitness journey with you. Let me share a bit about my background, My story begins with influences from my mom who struggled with her journey and family members who lose their lives from diabeates. As I watched the struggles in my family and witness my moms determination to overcome those obstacles, I became inspired by her dedication. Together, we would exercise at home, following Taebo tapes and sweating it out side by side. This early exposure to fitness ignited a spark within me. However, life took an unexpected turn when I became a teen mother at the tender age of 14! This experience presented its own set of challenges, but it also reinforced the importance of taking care of my well-being and becoming a positive role model for my child. Amidst these circumstances, my commitment to fitness deepened as I recognized the transformative power it held for both my physical and mental health. I made a solemn promise to myself that I would do everything in my power to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. Motivated by my personal experiences, I immersed myself in the world of fitness and education, acquiring certifications, and gaining valuable knowledge in nutrition and exercise science. Through years of dedicated learning and hands-on experience, I honed my skills as a personal trainer and developed a holistic approach that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.
